• 1/2 cup Blackstrap molasses = 1 cup of white sugar
• Use as a sweetener and/or flavouring for baking and cooking.  Replace sugar and other sweeteners with molasses. Enjoy in baking, cooking, oatmeal, smoothies & other beverages. Good for your health.
