• May be used as a pesticide. Add a drop or two to skin lotion or cream to repel mosquitoes, or place a few drops in windowsills and other places where insects come into the house.
• Combine 1-2 drops with a carrier oil or add to salves and balms formulated for use as a chest rub.
• Massage. A combination of five drops of white camphor oil and 1 teaspoon of grapeseed, hazelnut, or olive oil can help soothe weary muscles by massaging it onto the affected area
• Decongestant. To help relieve colds and coughs, add two to three drops of white camphor oil in a diffuser. When using it as a decongestant, dilute white camphor oil with lavender oil or olive oil, and rub it on your chest.
• Aromatherapy. You can add two to three drops of white camphor oil to your bath and soak in it for 10 minutes.
