The bees produce honey from Rocky Mountain Wild Flowers, and from Canola, Clover, Alfalfa, which produces a wonderful flavor. Highly nutritious.

Do you know where your honey is coming from?  

Most natural honey will harden. It is a naturally occuring event. Do not microwave your honey, as over time it will destroy it. Warm it gently with hot water, in a crockpot or on the stove in a pot partially filled with water and a thick dish cloth or two underneith to prevent melting the bottom of the container.

Pure Honey: It’s an amazing medicine. For many ailments that taste wonderful.

It’s a booster for a large number of recipes. In any recipe that calls for granulated sugar you can substitute with Pure Honey. Simple use less amounts of Pure Honey.  3/4 cup of Pure Honey = 1 cup of sugar as a rule of thumb.
