Our sleep blend contains the adaptogenic herbs, ashwagandha and tulsi. Both are deeply relaxing and restful. Ashwagandha increases the body’s ability to handle stress, and is a sedative and a tonic all in one. Tulsi relaxes and calms the mind while lavender flowers promote restful sleep.

Preparation:

• Steep Hot: 3 minutes
• Steep Cold: 2 or 3 tea bags per liter, steep overnight in the fridge
• Quick Iced Tea:  Brew 2 tea bags in 1 cup of hot water pour over 2 cups of ice.
• Sweeten to taste.
