Turmeric Essential Oil – 30 ml – Karooch – Alypsis Pure Essential Oils
Commonly known for its Ayurvedic health uses. Turmeric is part of the ginger family. The oil comes from the thick root of the herb. It has a fresh, spicy aroma similar to ginger. Turmeric is a staple for your daily health routine and, when taken internally, promotes a positive immune function and response. Known to be effective when used in massage for treatment of muscular pain and inflammation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. When diffused turmeric can promote deep relaxation.
- Internal Use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
- Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
- For stress relief and aromatherapy, diffuse or inhale 2–3 drops of turmeric essential oil.
- For external use, including inflammation and pain relief, create a massage oil by diluting 5 drops of turmeric essential oil with 5 drops of a carrier oil (like jojoba or coconut oil) and apply it to areas of concern.
