Pollen is collected from the flowers by the honey bees and the bees add their own ingredients including nectar (honey) After pollen has been gathered by bees and treated to their special enzymes, it’s worth its weight in gold. It has an incredible number of strength-building, energizing and age defying nutrients: 185 in all, including 22 amino acids and more protein (35% by weight) than most protein-rich foods.
