• Add one to two drops to steaming water (vapor therapy) to assist in opening and clearing the breath.
• Inhale a drop of hyssop essential oil through direct-palm inhalation to clear the breath and steady the mind.
• HYSSOP ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES
• Supports the Lungs Synergy: Combine 10 drops hyssop, 10 drops Eucalyptus globulus or Eucalyptus radiata, 7 drops lavender and 10 drops rosemary oil. Place appropriate amount of drops in diffuser.
• Nervous Exhaustion: Combine 5 drops hyssop, 7 drops lavender and 5 drops grapefruit in 1 oz of jojoba or other vegetable oil. Use in a full body massage.
